The Brand New Condosetc.com - new features and a new look

This list is based on what we do to help find our clients their dream condo and to help promote our condo sellers.
Our objective with the re-launch is to make the buying and renting search experience every bit as good as the level of service that we provide our clients. Our clients are very sophisticated and generally don't have the time they used to when it comes to searching for their next purchase. When you hear other REALTORS say that 80% of the home buyers start their search online, we think that 80% for Orange County Condo buyers will be on Condosetc.com because we provide the tools that sophisticated and tech savvy searchers are looking for. Everything about our site is organized and designed to make the search experience efficient and productive.
After all, the more we please buyers, the more they will visit and refer our site, and the more exposure that we can get for our Orange County Condo Listings. In fact, this new site is so good, we call it the Orange County Condo MLS.

Condo sellers are going to be armed with all the information at their finger tips to be able to properly price their condo and stay on top of neighborhood sales. They may also stay in touch and track what is going on with their listing with the following tools:
- Sales Comparisons: Get nearby sales of this and nearby communities when you want it without having to call a REALTOR .
- Get Valuable Stats: Get helpful stats about your listing.
- Viewing History: Get a list of everyone who has viewed your property and find out what else they looked at.
- Online Showing Requests: These are available for buyers to easily reach Veronica and her team to show your listing.
- Communication System: This will help you stay in touch and up to date with your listing (coming in the next couple of months).
