Corona del Mar Condominiums

Corona del Mar condominiums are among the least affordable to be found in Orange County.

Condos that are particularly popular and preferred in the Newport Beach real estate market, are the Corona del Mar custom condos, which are “front” and “back” units. “Front” units tend to be much more expensive, and are preferred because of their typical street frontage. “Back” units are often equally nice, but characteristically have little to no view of anything other than a parking garage.

“Front” units will run well in excess of $1 million, even in today’s current market. “Back” units normally are more challenging to sell, unless the price is low. Of particular note, are “back” or “rear” unit condos that overlook the alleys offered for $1 million, as they often present a challenge to sell.
